We had an amazing experience with this water slide company! From the very beginning, their customer service was outstanding. They answered all my questions quickly and were so kind and helpful throughout the entire process.

They even brought the water slide a day early at no extra charge, which was already above and beyond. Unfortunately, out of nowhere, it started thundering during the party even though there was no forecast for bad weather. Since the kids weren’t really able to enjoy the water slide that day, they were incredibly understanding and generous enough to let us keep it an extra day completely free of charge so the kids could still enjoy it.

That level of kindness and customer care is rare these days. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again in the future!
